Family Healthcare Academy offers educational courses designed to prepare students for CNA exams and provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for nursing professionals in Minnesota.

2. Enrollment and Course Access

• Students must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.
• Access to course materials is provided exclusively to enrolled students and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

3. Code of Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions on time.
• Adhere to all rules and policies provided by instructors.
• Avoid engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for violations of this code of conduct without refund.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full before you can access any course materials or attend classes. We accept payments by credit card, debit card, or cash.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If a class is canceled by Family Healthcare Academy, students will be notified promptly, and a rescheduling option will be provided.
• Students may request to transfer their enrollment to a different session if they notify us at least 2 business days before the class starts, subject to availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Family Healthcare Academy. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Family Healthcare Academy is not liable for:

• Failure of students to pass certification exams.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or other communication platforms.

9. Catalog Distribution and Student Orientation

Family Healthcare Academy provides each prospective student with a current course catalog and any related brochures or informational materials at least five (5) days prior to signing any enrollment agreement or making any payment. We also conduct an orientation session to ensure students understand the program, policies, and their rights before enrollment is finalized.
