At Family Healthcare Academy, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. By enrolling in our courses or purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:



1. Non-Refundable Payments


  • All payments, including deposits and full course fees, are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • This includes inability to attend courses due to personal reasons, schedule conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the content.



2. Exceptional Circumstances


In rare cases of proven errors or disputes directly caused by Family Healthcare Academy (e.g., duplicate payments), we may evaluate the situation and offer credit towards a future course.



3. Class Cancellations


If a class is canceled by Family Healthcare Academy, students will be offered a rescheduled session or credit towards another course. No refunds will be issued.



4. Acknowledgment


By completing your enrollment, you agree to abide by this refund policy and understand that all payments are final.
